Leah is Sullivan & Company's Payroll and Sales Tax Specialist. She is responsible for payroll and tax preparations for our clients. Additionally, she advises our clients on tax compliance with the various taxing authorities. She is responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, financial statements and business tax returns. In the Corporate Affairs Department, she assists in the setup of company registrations and applications, reinstatements and the dissolving of a business in other states.

Leah graduated from the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Previously, she worked for a non-profit company in the Philippines. At the non-profit, she developed projects for implementation to grassroots communities. Additionally, she managed the projects funds to ensure the funds were kept within the agreed budget.

Leah enjoys spending her free time with her family, especially her little one. Her hobbies include traveling and enjoying all that life has to offer.
