Radka serves as Sullivan & Company's Business Services Manager, where she oversees team professional development, team hiring, and the implementation of procedures and technology policies, including software and IT maintenance.

As a Senior Tax Advisor in the Business Services Department, Radka prepares Corporation, Partnership, Fiduciary, and Individual tax returns. She specializes in managing tax and accounting operations for business clients, always striving to improve processes and enhance productivity and efficiency. Radka is driven by her passion for finding innovative solutions to better meet client needs.

Radka earned a Master's Degree in Education from the Technical University of Liberec, with a dual major in Mathematics and Physical Education. She later broadened her expertise by studying accounting at Montgomery College.

Outside of work, Radka enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys gardening, traveling, and skiing during the winter months. Radka lives by the words of C.G. Jung: "You are what you do, not what you say you'll do."
